Get Ready Ottawa - Service Upgrades are Coming!
Pardon our progress! We are so excited to bring faster speeds to Ottawa. While we are upgrading services, customers may experience interruptions to their Vyve video, internet and phone services. Customers can experience an outage for anywhere to 5 minutes to 2 hours. This could happen multiple times and sporadically throughout the day. The upgrade will last 4 days for each impacted zone.
