Prioritized Response and Queuing: All Enterprise Class customers are provided direct call line to Vyve’s Network Operation Center in case of service issue reports. In addition, the Network Operations Center will have primary POC (points of Contact) information to reach out to Service Premise – Contacts in case of any circuit monitoring alarms / issues identified
